New Construction & Home Renovation

Are you planning to build a new home or take on a large renovation? We are here to be your trusted HVAC contractor. With years of experience providing full HVAC system installation, we’d like to walk you through our 5-step process.

Step 1: Contact us to request a free estimate and book a consultation.

By sending us your blueprints, we can provide you with an estimate of how much your HVAC system will cost. We give you up to 3 detailed options to choose from and sit down with you to make an informed decision. After all, every home and homeowner is unique. As part of our more comprehensive approach, we also like to consider the future of your home and property.

Here are a few examples:

Basement Development

Even though our work is rarely seen, it can greatly affect the finished product. We want to make sure that you’re happy with future esthetics such as the visual location of bulk heads.

Air Conditioning

By installing an A/C coil with your furnace, you simplify the installation of the unit later on, saving you time and hard-earned money.

Travel

If you travel frequently, choosing a wi-fi thermostat could be an excellent option. This allows you to control and monitor your heating and cooling systems from your smart phone. If anything goes wrong while you’re away, you’ll be the first to know.

Gas Line Installation

If you’d like to heat your garage, purchase natural gas appliances, or build a new shop, be sure to plan ahead. Click here for more information on our gas fitting services.

Step 2: Rough-In

This is our first visit to your home under construction. Our job during this stage is to install the heat recovery ventilator (HRV) pipes, heat runs and return air duct throughout the walls and into the basement so the main floor(s) can be finished. We also complete the ventilation for your kitchen range.

Between the rough-in and installation, you can find us in our shop fabricating your ductwork and fittings. We take into account the square footage of your home, size of your furnace, potential air conditioning, zoning, and floor plans. Our goal is to ensure that your HVAC system runs at optimal efficiency with proper air flow, even heat distribution, and moisture control to provide as much comfort as possible.

Step 3: Installation

During this stage, you’ll be seeing a lot of us. We install your furnace, ductwork, custom fittings, A/C coil, lineset, condenser, HRV, and numerous other materials to build heat runs, assemble duct, and complete ventilation. That’s a long list! Over the course of several days, your HVAC system will start to take shape.

Step 4: Finishing

Once your flooring and ceilings are installed, it’s time for us to come back. This stage is where we install your registers, return air grilles, ceiling diffusers, thermostat, and HRV controls. We also fire up your furnace, test the A/C, program your system, and ensure that everything is running as it should.

Step 5: Post-Installation Appointment

Once your home is finished and the keys are in hand, give us a call to book your post-installation appointment at no additional cost. We would like to walk you through your entire HVAC system including thermostat programming, zoning, maintenance, and troubleshooting. It allows us to share some essential information and gives you a chance to ask questions along the way. Of course, we are available 24/7 if you need us!
